Most of the time, poor posture is the trouble maker. It is hard to identify because it is caused either by spinal deformities or by weak posture muscles. The right way of doing exercises and the proper technique are only possible if one can maintain good posture. That will guarantee the right execution of exercises without any discomfort.

The posture of the body is determined by the structure of the bones, specifically the spine, hip joints, and other related joints like the knee, ankle, etc. To support this, one needs fully developed and balanced core muscle strength. It’s our job to give good flexibility to the muscles and guarantee good mobility to the joints, which will help us maintain an upright position for our body.

The easiest way to keep our body in an upright position is by pulling the lower abdominal area, sucking it in. The shoulders must be pushed back, elevating the chest area upward.

Always keep this in mind and maintain the right position while at the office or at home and while travelling long distances in any mode of transportation. One must take care to support one’s lower back by placing one’s arms on elevated arm supports in co-ordination with the body.
